Al Khabisi Hall 1

A popular destination for local weddings, Al Khabisi Hall 1 has an area of 6,498sqm which can be divided into two sections

Al Khabisi Hall 2

Al Khabisi Hall 2 has an area of 5,310sqm ideal for exhibitions, conferences and award ceremonies. The event space can be separated into two sections for smaller events.

Outdoor space

A shaded colonnade with well-lit external dancing areas complements Al Ain Convention Centre’s indoor event spaces. Featuring extensive landscaping and unique water features, the outdoor space also boasts new preparation and service kitchens in close proximity, ideal for outdoor catering.

Conference rooms are perfect for mid-range conferences and banquets, centrally located within the venue with easy access to the auditorium and event halls. Meeting room’s facilities at Al Ain Convention Centre are contemporary spaces designed to make meeting in Al Ain easier than ever. Modern and easily accessible, our meetings rooms are perfectly suited for a full range of meetings and functions. Al Khabisi 1

Our largest hall with a vast 6,498sqm of floor space, Al Khabisi can be set up to meet your exact brief requirements.

Fully equipped with the latest AV technology, facilities and service essentials such as power and data ports, Al Khabisi 1 is one of the most popular event spaces in the city.

Al Khabisi 2

Our newest hall, opening in 2011, Al Khabisi 2 boasts a floor space of 5,310sqm and is well accustomed to hosting all manner of events. Easily divided into two, this unique event space offers the ultimate in flexibility.

Outdoor Function Area

Al Ain Convention Centre offers 97,195sqm of outdoor space, with a well-lit outdoor function area, extensive landscaping and water features making it an appealing choice for any outdoor event.

Located in between our two main exhibition halls, the Link is a mixed-use event space which can easily be adapted to meet your event needs.

Frequently used as a main entrance and registration area for larger events, the Link is also a great space for networking receptions, lunches and buffets as well as for breakout sessions.

Organisor Guide

Electrical Supply

Exhibitors can enjoy full electrical access, with a range of trusted electrical contractors able to provide temporary electrical installations for exhibitions and events.

Your dedicated event planning manager will guide you through each step of the electrical planning process. Electrical mains supply cables and a range of other equipment is available.

The nominal electrical supply is use on temporary exhibitions and event installations is 230V single phase / 400V three phase at 50Hz frequency.

IT Requirements

A full range of IT facilities are available when you choose to exhibit at AACC.

  • High Speed Internet Access.
  • ISDN for broadcasters and radio booths.
  • Telephone lines, telephone handsets and PDQ lines.

Water & Waste

Water and waste is available at specific locations within the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre halls from designated floor service pits. Water and waste is NOT available from the electrical service trenches.

  • It is important that those responsible for the design and layout of the exhibition or event acquaint themselves with the location of the water and waste service pits in the halls. (These are shown on the venue floor plan).
  • Stands or features requiring water and waste service must be located such that one of the service pits is within the boundary of the stand or feature requiring the service.
  • AACC cannot guarantee the availability of water and waste service to areas not served by these service pits. If in doubt your Event Planning Manager will be able to advise on the locations.
  • Water & waste supply pipes are not permitted to be installed across gangways or emergency routes.
  • Stand exhibitors and contractors are responsible for the supply and installation of any aesthetic dressing required to water and waste pipes installed.
  • All water and waste fittings must be accessible at all times in case of emergency.
  • Water is supplied by 1/2 inch standard tap from standard municipal water mains at nominal pressure of 3.5bar.
  • Waste is supplied by means of standard 38mm drain.
  • Waste is suitable for liquid water disposal ONLY.
  • Foodstuffs, oils (including edible oils), dyes, chemicals and other contaminants MUST NOT be disposed of via waste water drains.
